James crosses over the Yarra after claiming the Best and Fairest award for Ivanhoe last season, as well as playing in State League 1 for both Clifton Hill and Banyule City.

East Kew is delighted to announce that Fairfield City Medical Center will continue as the club’s major sponsor for 2024.

Located on Station Street in the Heart of Fairfield, Fairfield City Medical Centre welcomes new patients and offers a team of experienced medical professionals who provide care in; obstetrics, women’s health, mental health, skin cancer diagnosis, cardiovascular medicine, respiratory medicine, and diabetes.

Cam comes with experience playing for Caroline Springs George Cross and Western Suburbs, as well as playing College Soccer in the USA.

He comes into the side as we look to continue strengthening our squad for the up and coming season. Get your first look at Cam in an East Kew Jersey as begin our Greek Cup journey this Sunday against Altona East.

We are excited to announce that Daniel Failla has re-signed for the 2024 season!

Daniel joined the club in 2022 and has since found the back of the net 25 times across both seasons, helping the club reach back-to-back highest league finishes.

During his 2022 season, Daniel was awarded the State League 5 Best and Fairest award, along with the club Best and Fairest, as well as the club Golden Boot.

In his 2023 campaign, Daniel finished equal 4th in the State League 5 Best and Fairest count, as well as finishing runner-up in the Club Best and Fairest, and claiming back-to-back Golden Boot awards.

We welcome back Daniel as we prepare for an exciting year ahead!

We are excited to announce Sandro Bastasin (Bazz) as our Under 20’s Coach for the 2024 season.

‘Bazz’ as he is known, has been coaching for 12 years and is a very dedicated, motivated, and passionate coach who prides himself on teaching and developing players. 

Bazz won a Championship with Macedon Under 16’s in 2019, as well as finishing runners-up last season with Manningham’s Under 18 squad.

“Am I excited for the year ahead? You better believe it!!!

I cannot wait for trials, preseason, and the season. The 20’s will be a strong team and I look forward to the challenge ahead preparing boys for senior football.”
